Five levels of Competence

1.       I I - Intentionally Incompetent

2.       U I - Unconsciously Incompetent

3.       C I - Consciously Incompetent

4.       C C - Consciously Competent

5.       U C - Unconsciously Competent

Most of the individuals with whom I have come in contact fall into levels 3, 4 and very few in 5. The Five Levels of Competence are categorized by the acronyms II, UI, CI, CC, and UC and range from least experienced to most experienced. I have developed new levels within these levels. This allows me to take an extremely expensive training and break it down smaller packets, thereby making it more affordable to those of us who live in the “Michigan” environment.

In Levels CI - 1, 2 & 3 and Levels CC – 1 & 2, one instructor is assigned to a maximum of four students so that the experience is personalized and thorough.

For our CPL Classes (Concealed Pistol Classes) there are often multiple students in class but at the range we will take you in pairs giving you some basic training in tactics to go along with your qualification shoot. You will be spending 3 hours on the range for your CPL qualification.

Because of the personal attention I am trying to give to each student and at the same time keep costs within reason, I would suggest that you make an appointment to come shoot with me. (See "QUALIFY FOR TRAINING") I will classify you and put you in a class of your peers so that your learning will not be hindered by those who are not at your level. I am available to have fun but I take the discipline of defensive shooting very seriously.
